Real Property Litigation
Reid and Riege litigators work with our corporate and real estate partners to handle numerous real property litigation matters, including zoning compliance cases, boundary line disputes, commercial foreclosure actions, real property tax appeals, and evictions. When disputes arise in purchase and sales agreements, we have brought actions to enforce the terms of such agreements, including actions for specific performance.
